Instructions:
1. preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Slice all vegetables and steak cutting against the grain and put onto pan that has foil on top (for easy clean up. ) - season with taco seasoning and honey.
3. cook at 425 degrees for 8 minutes then broil for 5 minutes, taking pan out and mixing then putting back in over for another 3 minutes.
4. after taking out sprinkle on Mexican cheese
5. wrap in tortilla.
6. optional to add your favorite sauces (chipotle sauce, sour cream, salsa. etc.)
