DMCA Policy

MealShop.io ("we," "our," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe material on MealShop.io infringes your copyright, you must provide a written notice containing all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material, including its location on MealShop.io (a URL or direct link is preferred).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where MealShop.io is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, MealShop.io may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
4. Important Notes
We may forward your DMCA notice (including your contact information) to the user who posted the allegedly infringing content.
Submitting false claims may result in liability for damages, including legal fees.
